INITIAL CONSULTATION
Our meetings typically last 1-2 hours, sometimes longer as needed. With our flat-fee structure, you can relax and focus on the discussion without watching the clock. We cover various topics, from floor plans to personal style and budget. After understanding the project's scope, we provide a glimpse of our involvement through a comparable project. The fee includes everything discussed in the meeting and sets the direction for our ongoing project participation.
DESIGN & PRESENTATION
Depending on the project's complexity and scale, we might schedule multiple meetings, spreading out decisions to prevent overwhelming our clients. This phase is deeply collaborative, and we actively seek our clients' feedback to ensure our work aligns seamlessly with their expectations.
PRODUCT PROCUREMENT, PRICING & COORDINATION
During this phase, we'll compile a comprehensive cost estimate encompassing all approved design components. We will then share this estimate with the client, providing a detailed breakdown that aligns with the agreed-upon budget.
To ensure a seamless coordination of pricing and the ordering of all approved finishes, fixtures, and equipment, we will manage this process in collaboration with the builder-contractor on-site.
